In order to prevent the door from opening in case of fire, thus preserving the tightness of the enclosure protected from the action of the fire, and allowing the door to be opened by the occupants of the enclosure in case of evacuation, the present invention. The double-leaf fire door latch is made up of two metal parts: a tongue and a hook plate on the leaf, which are mechanically linked to the door leaves and facing each other, so that the assembly is perfectly assembled closing the door and leaving enough clearance between the parts that allows them to disengage without problems when pushing the door. Two possible further embodiments are envisaged: a pin formed by two similar tongues and one formed by a modified coupling part and a clasp. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a new pin for two-leaf fire doors designed with two objectives: to prevent the door from opening in case of fire, thus preserving the tightness of the protected enclosure against the action of fire, and at the same time , allow the door to be opened quickly by the occupants of the enclosure in case of evacuation. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the Technical Sector, the invention falls within the construction sector, namely, the manufacture of two-leaf fire doors with a steel frame.
The factors that must be taken into account in the design of fire doors are basically: pressure, temperature and time. These three conditions are those that produce both deformations and dilations in these types of doors.
The deformations depend on the type of material, the temperature and the size of the element that suffers the fire. These deformations are caused by the buckling and twisting efforts, which produce warps and curvatures in the door assembly.
The greatest deformations will be found in the central area of the door, the area where the lock is located, so that the action of fire opens the door if these mechanical efforts are not prevented.
In the prior art, the door closing devices, which close the door manually, are well known. This is the case of the latch, bolt or flap pins, which are characterized by having a through element or rod, which travels a small distance to fit in the retention piece and usually have a safety designed by means of springs, hooks, special pieces or other elements. These types of pins have the disadvantage that they also need to be opened manually when you want to unlock the door. Thus, in an evacuation in case of fire, the occupants of the affected area would have to interrupt the evacuation route to stop to unlock the door and be able to leave, which, in addition to not being allowed according to current regulations (CTE DA DB-SI I 3, article 2), is a great inconsistency.
Such is the case of the inventions ES 1 025 338 UY ES 1 018 296 U, which consist of a rod that slides longitudinally and fixes the door leaves closing them, but they have the disadvantage that such devices prevent the evacuation of occupants in an enclosure in case of fire, since if the door is closed, it cannot be unlocked by pushing it simply, but the pin must be returned to the opposite position to be able to exit, which prevents the free passage of occupants by an evacuation route to the exit, therefore, these inventions are not included in the technical sector of the present invention. Another problem presented by these inventions is that they are not adjustable horizontally and vertically, so that sometimes failures due to the installation of these pins occur, because the different pieces do not adapt perfectly to each other. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention consists of an adjustable pin for double-leaf fire doors, designed with the intention of solving the problems posed: ensuring the closing of the door in case of fire; preserving the protected enclosure and the mechanical properties of the fire door and allowing, at the same time, the occupants of the enclosure to leave a safe space, thus respecting current regulations.
These pieces are screwed in the central part of the door, specifically, on the lock and counter lock sides respectively: the tongue which is a piece made of metal with a Z-shaped section is screwed to the door lock side, while that the hitch plate is screwed to the counter-lock side, which is a piece made of metal with a fret-shaped section. It is planned that these parts are adjustable, so that they can be perfectly assembled to each other, thus avoiding possible installation failures. This regulation is achieved thanks to the design of the sections of both pieces. In this way, the pin will act when closing and opening the door, since the tongue enters the latch plate when closing and leaves it when opening, eliminating the need to include any other accessory to the present invention.
The mechanism of action of the pin is very simple: when the door is closed, the two pieces hook together perfectly, but allowing a sufficient clearance between them so that, when opening the door by means of the handle or the panic bar, they unhook effortlessly to the occupants of the enclosure trying to leave. Thus, the opening of the leaves is allowed in a normal way; Any person would not notice the difference between the pin being placed or not, but in case of fire, the invention acts as a safety mechanism while the door is closed, exerting an additional lock that prevents the door from opening by fire. .
The tongue, which represents the main novelty of the invention, slides inside the coupling part when the door opens and closes, without the need to install any other element, so that the installation time with respect to other solutions that incorporate A stem is smaller.
This invention also improves the integrity of the door against fire, since, structurally, the pin supposes a point of constraint that allows the rotation, but prevents vertical and horizontal displacements at that point, so that we would talk about a support point structural. This implies that in case of fire, the door at that point will offer more resistance to deformation, specifically to buckling and twisting, and will tend to withstand the action of fire without opening for longer.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The invention applies to two-leaf fire doors with steel frames, where the pin parts are fixed to the door in the central part, specifically in the central side of each of the leaves: primary (4) and secondary (1 ). It is planned to place one or more pins bolted to the door leaves.
Once the door is installed on site, with the two leaves mounted on the frame and regulated, the pin will be attached to them. It is envisaged that, in the first place, the coupling piece is screwed, which is made of metal and has a fret-shaped section (2) on the counter-lock side of the secondary leaf (1), perforating the leaf and, a Once this piece is fixed, the tongue, which is made of metal and has a Z-section (3) at the homologous point of the primary sheet (4), is screwed in analogously. The pieces must be screwed through the predisposed holes (6) that allow the necessary vertical and horizontal adjustment so that the pieces are assembled perfectly: they must face each other in the central area of the door, so that when they close the two sheets, the pieces are coupled, since the tongue (3) will enter the coupling piece (2) naturally.
The coupling piece (2) acts as a link to the opposite, since its shape in the form of a fret allows it to be attached to the door leaf (4) leaving a free space where the tongue (3) can be assembled. This tab (3) has been studied so that the folding of the Z section allows it to be coupled to the hitch (2) and, at the same time, allows it to separate naturally when pushing the door (1).
A second option for the realization of the invention is that instead of a hitch piece and a tongue, two tabs with a Z-shaped section and made of metal (5) are screwed to the primary (4) and secondary sheet (1). ) similar by means of predisposed holes (6), which allow the perfect regulation of the pieces, both vertically and horizontally.
A third option for the realization of the invention is that a metal modified hitch piece (7) is screwed to the secondary sheet (1) with a cut such that it allows a metal bracket (8) fixed on the secondary sheet (4) ) hooks on it and, at the same time, separates naturally by pushing the door (1).
Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands its scope and the advantages derived therefrom, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is sought provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle .
